By creating an account or using Nevio, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

What Nevio is

Nevio is a personal self-tracking photo diary for your skin — the same category of app as a weight tracker or a menstrual cycle tracker, just applied to moles instead. It helps you build a simple visual history and notice changes over time. It is a self-observation tool, not a diagnostic tool.

Nevio is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app offers general visual awareness notes about photographed skin spots for your own personal record-keeping — nothing more. It is never a substitute for professional evaluation. If you notice a mole that concerns you, or one that has changed, see a licensed dermatologist. In an emergency, contact emergency services.

Who can use Nevio

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using Nevio, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you'll keep your login credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Use Nevio only for its intended purpose: keeping your own personal photo diary of your skin moles over time.
Don't upload photos of anyone without their consent, or photos unrelated to skin moles.
Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.

Analysis results

Nevio's automated visual notes are generated by an AI vision model and are inherently imperfect — they can be wrong, miss something concerning, or flag something benign. They are general awareness observations for your own personal diary only, not a diagnosis, and are not a substitute for an in-person examination by a qualified dermatologist.

Your account

You're responsible for all activity under your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings — this is permanent and cannot be reversed.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

Intellectual property

The Nevio app, its design, and branding are our property. The photos you upload remain yours — we only use them to provide the analysis feature to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

Nevio is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nevio and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on any analysis result.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
